About Alexandra

Alexandra (she/her) is a registered provisional psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Calgary and a Masters of counselling degree from City University of Seattle.

Imagine what life could feel like if anxiety wasn't running the show, self-doubt wasn't holding you back, and you finally had the support you deserve. Alexandra understands that reaching out for help can be one of the hardest steps to take. That's why she focuses on creating a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves—without judgment, pressure, or the need to have it all figured out. Alexandra is known for her genuine warmth, authenticity, and ability to connect with people. She helps clients uncover the strengths they may have forgotten they possess. She believes therapy is more than talking through problems; it's about helping you develop the confidence, insight, and tools needed to create lasting change.

Alexandra works with individuals ages 14+ experiencing anxiety, ADHD, burnout, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, workplace stress, life transitions, and other personal struggles. Using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, EFT, and Solution-Focused Therapy, she tailors each session to your unique needs and goals.

If you're tired of feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or alone in what you're carrying, Alexandra is here to help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.
